Alta Hertz, BSN, RN, has over 19 years of diverse healthcare experience. Currently serving as Nursing Manager, Vaccine for Children Coordinator, East Side Registered Nurse Lead, and Clinic Registered Nurse at Neighborhood Health Center since February 2017, Alta Hertz has demonstrated leadership and clinical expertise in multiple nursing roles. Prior experience includes a decade at Providence Health & Services, where Alta Hertz held positions such as Clinical Care Coordinator, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Certified Medical Assistant. Alta Hertz began their career at Evergreen Pediatrics as a Certified Medical Assistant from August 2004 to June 2007. Alta Hertz earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Indiana State University.
