Kate Leeson

Kate Leeson provides oversight of strategic and corporate functions to better advance business goals and long-term strategy in collaboration with Mass General Brigham. In this role, Kate serves as a strategic advisor to the President and Executive Committee and collaborates with the Board of Directors on shared initiatives across the enterprise. She brings 25 years of experience in the healthcare and public health policy sectors. Most recently, Kate served as the Senior Regional Director of Network Development at Mass General Brigham. She has a background as a healthcare advisor on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. and she also held leadership positions at the Massachusetts Health and Hospital Association and America’s Essential Hospitals.
