Bill Scanlon

Health Care Data Analysis Project Lead at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island

Bill Scanlon has had a diverse range of work experience. Bill started their career in 1996 as an Accounts Payable Accountant at Payette Associates. After that, they worked as an Analyst/Data & Software Engineer at Harte-Hanks Data Technologies from 1999 to 2002. Bill then joined Skipping Stone as a Data Acquisition Specialist from 2004 to 2007. After that, they worked at Verisk Health as a Data Processing Specialist from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island as a Senior Business Analyst. Most recently, they were the Health Care Data Analysis Project Lead at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, starting in 2015.

Bill Scanlon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bridgewater State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Bill later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University, completing their studies from 1998 to 1999.
