Jennifer Clair

Jennifer Clair, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare quality improvement and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, Jennifer supports the Rhode Island Accountable Entities Program and focuses on Health Equity initiatives. Jennifer's expertise also includes consulting for Spence Partners Inc. as a Healthcare Quality Specialist, where successful GPRO reporting and development of training materials for ACO compliance were notable contributions. Previous roles at New England Quality Care Alliance involved enhancing patient care and quality measures, as well as mentoring staff. Earlier career positions included administrative support in cardiac surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital, along with various roles in community recreation leadership. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Leisure and Sports Management from Elon University and a Master of Science in Sport Management from Lasell University.
