Jocelyn Lopes

Jocelyn Lopes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Supervisor at Dunkin Donuts, where they were responsible for balancing cash register transactions, managing stock levels, and leading a team. In 2007, they joined Bank of America as a Customer Service & Sales Specialist, where they provided customer solutions, resolved banking issues, and collaborated with other departments. Jocelyn transitioned to Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island in 2011, initially as a Financial Analyst and later as a Senior Financial Analyst. In these roles, they were involved in financial analysis and reporting. In 2019, they joined Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence as a Customer Relations Representative/Inside Sales, where they engaged in direct sales, customer support, and lead generation. In the same year, they returned to Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island as a Senior Revenue Analyst and eventually took on the role of Lead Reconciliation Analyst from January 2020. Throughout their career, Jocelyn demonstrated adaptability, expertise in finance, customer service, and sales.

Jocelyn Lopes attended the University of Rhode Island from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
