Karlene “Kacey” Sprague is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in project management and communications across various organizations. Currently serving as a Marketing Project Specialist at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island since April 2024, previous roles include Marketing Project Manager at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Marketing Analyst III at CVS Health, among others. Karlene has held positions such as Marketing Manager at HSM of America and Marketing Director at Thompson Group. Karlene began a career in marketing at Dunkin’ and later at The Boston Beer Company, demonstrating a solid foundation in brand promotions and sales.
