Maria Phouthavong

Maria Phouthavong has over 23 years of experience in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as a System Administrator and Technical Support Team Lead at NHPRI since February 2006, Maria has developed extensive expertise in managing systems and leading technical support teams. Prior to this role, Maria was employed at CitiStreet from June 2000 to February 2006 as a Technical Support Specialist, where skills in technical assistance and problem resolution were honed.
