Mark Cooper

Mark Cooper has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mark currently holds the position of Vice President of Medicare Medicaid (MMP) Product at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, where their responsibilities include developing strategic relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth in the Medicare and Medicaid-eligible marketplace. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Clinical Solutions at Clearlink Partners. Mark has also served as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Commonwealth Care Alliance, where they provided integrated healthcare and social support services to individuals with complex needs. Mark has held leadership roles at Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Fallon Health, UMASSMEMORIAL Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Sturdy Memorial Hospital. Mark'spositions included Per Diem - Resource Coordinator, Senior Director Clinical Operations, Senior Director, Inpatient Lung Transplant Coordinator, Abdominal Transplant Coordinator, Nurse Manager, Pain Clinic Charge Nurse, and Staff Nurse. Mark has extensive experience in managing operations, overseeing clinical programs, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Mark Cooper earned their Associates Degree in Applied Science from the Community College of Rhode Island in 1993. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Rhode Island College in 2000. Mark furthered their education by completing a Master's degree in Health Care Administration with a concentration in Science and Health Administration at Salve Regina University from 2010 to 2013.
