Reginald Smart has a strong background in technical support and information systems. Reginald currently works as a Technical Support Representative and Information Systems at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island since March 2021. In 2018, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) Foundations, which was a LinkedIn Learning course certificate. In 2021, they received the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification and the IT Service Desk Careers and Certifications: First Steps certificate, both from LinkedIn.
