Russ Cooney

Russ Cooney has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Russ worked as a Behavioral Health Project Specialist at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island from 2020. Prior to that, they were a Program Coordinator at Healthcentric Advisors from 2015 to 2019. In this role, they demonstrated success in healthcare quality improvement, served as a project lead for various contracts and grants, provided technical assistance, conducted educational programming, and coordinated webinars. Before that, Russ Cooney worked at The Providence Center from 1999 to 2014 in different roles. Russ was an Associate Director from 2011 to 2014, managing multiple clinical teams and overseeing budget, staffing, productivity, and reimbursement.
