Tayna B.

Tayna B. began their work experience in 1996 as a Branch Operations Supervisor at Fleet Bank and held this position until 1998. Tayna then worked as a Member/Provider Specialist at Tufts Health Plan from 1998 to 2000. After that, they joined Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island in 2000 as a Claims Analyst and Team Lead, a role they held until 2004. Tayna then became a Claims Quality Assurance Auditor and Team Lead at the same company from 2005 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, Tayna B. worked as the Quality and Audit Team Lead at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior Configuration Analyst at the same company since January 2016. In addition to their corporate experience, Tayna B. also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Community College of Rhode Island from 2010 to 2013.

Tayna B. attended Providence College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Management.
