Kelly Sevcik

Kelly Sevcik serves as the Employee Wellness Manager at Neighborhood Healthcare since April 2020, focusing on enhancing mental health and resilience among health professionals in accordance with HRSA guidelines. Prior to this role, Kelly held positions in communication at Rick Engineering Company and as a Business Analyst at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego. Kelly's academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial and Organizational Communication from Point Loma Nazarene University, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Communication and Quantitative Communication from San Diego State University, and currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree at the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences.
