Marlene Cruz

Marlene Cruz has extensive experience in healthcare outreach and patient services, currently serving as an Outreach and Certified Enrollment Counselor at Neighborhood Healthcare since March 2016, where responsibilities include educating low-income families about county benefits and advocating for patients. Prior experience includes a role as a Patient Service Representative at Neighborhood Healthcare, where Marlene demonstrated excellent customer service and processed insurance enrollments.
