Marlene Cruz has extensive experience in healthcare outreach and patient services, currently serving as an Outreach and Certified Enrollment Counselor at Neighborhood Healthcare since March 2016, where responsibilities include educating low-income families about county benefits and advocating for patients. Prior experience includes a role as a Patient Service Representative at Neighborhood Healthcare, where Marlene demonstrated excellent customer service and processed insurance enrollments. At Maxim Healthcare Services, Marlene worked as a Recruiter, maintaining staff relationships and ensuring adherence to policies. Additional experience includes internships focused on community service and healthcare, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from California State University-Chico.
