Sean Campbell

Sean Campbell has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Sean currently works at Neighborhood Healthcare as the Human Resources Director, where they oversee talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations. Prior to this, Sean worked at WAXIE Sanitary Supply, where they held roles such as Director of HR & Employee Development and Human Resources Manager. Sean also has experience as an HR Business Partner at Northrop Grumman and as a Human Resources Manager at the United States Department of Defense. Before entering the civilian workforce, Sean served as a Marine Corps Officer in the US Marine Corps, where they were responsible for HR and legal matters. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has achieved notable accomplishments in various HR roles.

Sean Campbell has a Master's degree in HR Management from National University. Sean also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University San Marcos.

In terms of additional certifications, Sean obtained a JEDI Certificate Program: Organizational Change Series for Leaders from Moses/Weitzman Health System in May 2023. Sean earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in January 2021. Additionally, Sean is a certified Counselor Salesperson Facilitator through Wilson Learning, a qualification they obtained in May 2019. Furthermore, they hold a California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST) certification from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, which they obtained in April 2008.
