Kim Flowers has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of family support services, mental health, and education. Kim most recently served as the Senior Director of Family Support Services at Neighborhood House Association, where they had previously worked as the Director of Family Support Services. Prior to that, they worked as a Reflective Supervisor at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego.
