Kim Flowers

Kim Flowers has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of family support services, mental health, and education. Kim most recently served as the Senior Director of Family Support Services at Neighborhood House Association, where they had previously worked as the Director of Family Support Services. Prior to that, they worked as a Reflective Supervisor at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego. Kim also has experience working with military families as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Home Visitor for the United States Department of Defense. Kim has also served as a Mental Health Consultant at the American Academy of Pediatrics and as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at San Diego State University-California State University. Additionally, they held positions as a Senior Clinician Specialist at the American Academy of Pediatrics California Chapter 3 and as an Adjunct Faculty at Alliant International University.

Kim Flowers has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Michigan State University. In addition, they have obtained the Advanced Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Certification in August 2009. Kim also has additional certifications in Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Reflective Practice Facilitator-II and Integrative Regulation Therapy, although the details of when and where they obtained these certifications are unknown.
