Mary Cook

Mary Cook has been a director at NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE INC since June 2005. Prior to that, they served as the assistant director of the Telephone Outreach Program at UC Irvine from September 2002 to June 2005. In this role, they were responsible for the everyday management of goals and staff members, as well as for recruitment events, hiring, and training sessions. Additionally, Cook maintained consistent reports and memos on the statistics, challenges, strategies, and recommendations for each campaign.

Cook is also responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the automated calling software and hardware, as well as providing segmentation and calling strategies for a prospect base of over 100,000. Mary has received several “On the Spot” Awards for achievements and tenacity throughout their career.

Mary Cook attended UC Irvine where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Mary then went on to study Social Psychology at the University of London. After completing their studies, Mary Cook received certification from ASLAN Training and Development as a Catalyst Sales Coach.
