Constance Anderson

Constance Anderson is a seasoned professional in homeownership and small business development, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County since January 2023. Previously, Constance held the position of President at The Center by Lendistry from October 2019 to February 2023, where focus was on entrepreneurial and small business advisory services. Prior experience includes roles as Director of the Small Business Development Center and Vice President at Pacific Coast Regional Corp from 2007 to 2019, emphasizing program administration and funding strategies. Additionally, Constance has contributed to various organizations as an Executive Board Member and Secretary, including Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services, CAMEO, and the YWCA Greater Los Angeles. Constance is an alumna of UCLA Anderson School of Management, graduating between 1987 and 1989.
