Allen Riggs

Allen Riggs, BA, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in Physician Recruitment at Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) since October 2021. Riggs has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having previously worked at Dignity Health and Banner Health in similar roles. A retired member of the US Army, Riggs held various positions within the military, including Assistant Regional Manager and Recruiter at Human Resources Command, and Counterintelligence Analyst earlier in the career. Additional professional experience includes leadership roles at Old Navy and Target. Riggs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Personnel Management from City University of Seattle.
