Eric Scherf, PharmD, MBA, is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in pharmacy management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy at Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health since February 2022, Eric oversees pharmacy services for Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers in Maricopa County. Prior roles include Regional Manager of Specialty Pharmacy at Shields Health Solutions and Manager of Pharmacoinformatics at Express Scripts, where Eric managed key drug file practices and led operational improvements. Eric’s career began at Walgreens, where various leadership positions, including District Manager and District Pharmacy Supervisor, showcased a strong capability in managing high-volume operations, driving sales growth, and implementing innovative pharmacy technologies. Eric obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University and an MBA in Health Care Management & Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
