Tera Brulotte-Maki, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management with a Human Resources Management Focus from Eastern Washington University, where they studied between 2005 and 2010. In addition to their degree, Tera has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Tera earned the ATD Adult Learning Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in September 2022.
