Carly Turer, LCSW, is a qualified psychotherapist with extensive experience in mental health treatment and behavioral intervention. Currently employed at Talking Works as a psychotherapist since April 2023, Carly previously served at Neighborhood Psychiatry, where responsibilities included conducting intake assessments and managing a diverse caseload of clients. With a background in applied behavioral analysis for children with ASD at TheraCare, and experience in providing play therapy and psychosocial support in various internships, Carly has developed a robust skill set in individualized therapy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and client advocacy. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from NYU Silver School of Social Work, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Child Development from Tufts University, and ongoing studies at Queen Mary University of London.
