Matt Newsome

Matt Newsome has over 10 years of experience in financial analysis and management accounting. Matt began their career as an Associate at Agora Partnerships, where they managed the implementation of the Pulse monitoring and evaluation system for Salesforce, organized the production of Agora's 2007 Social Impact Report, and liaised with coworkers in Nicaragua to ensure projects were completed in a timely manner. In 2010, they joined TechnoServe as a Senior Regional Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for financial compliance, donor reporting, financial operations policy development, management accounting, financial analysis, and accounting systems support. In their current role as SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis at NeighborWorks, Matt is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function and providing insights to support decision making at all levels of the organization.

Matt Newsome has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from American University and a degree from Peking University.
