Zach Perkins

Zach‘s career had been in the private sector, in both sales and management across a wide range of businesses. However, he always worked to help out beyond his career. He has a long history of volunteering in various community-driven organizations. These endeavors included Habitat for Humanity, helping to run a summer camp, founding a fraternity dedicated to collegial excellence and serving the community, and most recently he co-leads a local girl scout troop and is part of Greenbelt Climate Action Network. He decided that all of his efforts in volunteer work were important enough to him that he needed to change careers and work towards a better tomorrow, full-time. This eventually led him to Neighborhood Sun, where his unique background and drive to help has been an asset to his role as Customer Engagement Champion and Event Coordinator.
