Josh McCormick

Josh McCormick has a solid work experience that spans over several years. Josh started their career in 2003 as the Dealer Network Sales and Marketing Director at 360 Solutions, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching a network of 75 business consultants. In 2006, they joined Neighborly® as the Franchise Sales Development Manager and achieved outstanding results, leading the team with 70 franchise unit sales and revenue generation double the industry average. Josh then progressed to roles such as Commercial Sales Director, Director of Sales, and Vice President of Operations at Mr. Electric, a Neighborly Company. In their most recent role, starting from May 2021, they became the Brand President at HouseMaster, another Neighborly Company. Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated strong leadership, exceptional sales and operations management skills, and a proven record of delivering excellent results.

Josh McCormick received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management from Baylor University (1999-2002). Before that, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies at McLennan Community College (1997-1999). Recently, they acquired the certification as a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from CFE in February 2022.
