Lisa Dulay has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lisa started their career in 1995 as the Marketing Manager at Express-Med, where they managed advertising and outbound sales activities. Lisa later became the Director of Operations, overseeing the delivery of chronic disease supplies and medications.

After their time at Express-Med, Lisa joined MedCost Recovery as the Director of Operations, leading a team responsible for identifying and recovering lost payments for insurance providers.
