Technical Director – Call Center Systems at Neighborly Brands

Matthew King has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Matthew began their career in 1989 as a Consultant at General Electric Corporate Audit Staff. Matthew then worked as a Technology Expert at Deloitte & Touche in 1995 and as a Solutions Manager at Computer Horizons from 1995 to 1997. Matthew then served as the Chief Technology Officer at Cembex Care Solutions from 1997 to 2008. Following that, they worked as a Project Manager at Compuware from 2000 to 2003 and at TEKsystems from 2008 to 2014. During their time at TEKsystems, they also served as a Senior Consultant for Procter & Gamble. From 2014 onwards, Matthew held the position of Chief Information Officer at Perceptionist, Inc. Family of Companies, overseeing various subsidiary operating entities. Most recently, they joined Neighborly® in 2022 as the Technical Director of Call Center Systems.

Matthew King has studied Mechanical Engineering at both Vanderbilt University and The Ohio State University. However, the exact years of enrollment and any degrees obtained are not specified.
