Muthukumar Easwaran has over 22 years of work experience in various roles within the digital technology and product engineering field. Muthukumar currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Neighborly®, overseeing digital/data, product, and technology platforms. Prior to this, Muthukumar served as the Vice President of Digital Technology and Products at Academy Sports + Outdoors from 2018 to 2020. Muthukumar also held the role of Director of Digital Technology at Neiman Marcus from 2013 to 2018. Muthukumar's earlier experience includes positions such as Sr. Manager of Engineering at Best Buy, Technical Delivery Manager/Lead Architect at Best Buy, Application Architect at Best Buy, Technical Lead at Best Buy, and Software Engineer at Wipro.

Muthukumar Easwaran obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997.
