Brand Director, Mr. Rooter Plumbing at Neighborly Brands

Ryan Reid has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Project Manager at Woodruff Sweitzer. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Bass Pro Shops, initially as a Direct Mail Specialist and then as a Marketing Manager, CRM. During this time, they developed and executed direct mail campaigns and managed a loyalty program.

In 2010, Ryan joined PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. as a Sr. CRM Campaign Manager and later as a Social Media Manager. In these roles, they managed social media strategies, paid media campaigns, and organic posts. Ryan also oversaw the development and testing of new customer segments and marketing models, driving incremental revenue for the company.

Ryan moved to Sky Zone Franchise Group in 2016, where they held various positions, including Social Media Manager and Director, Brand Engagement. Ryan successfully elevated the company's social media presence, doubled their Instagram following, and developed influencer marketing strategies. Ryan also led a team responsible for paid media, social media, email marketing, and crisis PR.

Currently, Ryan works at Neighborly® as a Brand Director for Mr. Rooter Plumbing, a position they started in 2022.

From 2001 to 2005, Ryan Reid attended the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
