Tom Frederick is currently the Director of National Brand Marketing at Neighborly®. In this role, their responsibilities include increasing revenue through customer acquisition and retention, as well as expanding multi-brand usage. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Marketing/People Officer at Johnson Entities, a franchisee of McDonald's Restaurants. Additionally, Tom has experience as a Marketing Director and Training Director at Rob-Kraft, Inc., a franchisee of Burger King, where they focused on local marketing strategies and initiatives. Tom started their career at Burger King Corporation as an Operations Training Specialist in the Rocky Mountain Region. Tom also has experience in the car rental industry, having worked as a Senior Revenue Manager and Customer Service Manager at Hertz.

Tom Frederick holds a BA degree in Spanish from Colorado State University.
