Brianna Hart-Cox

Brianna Hart-Cox has extensive experience in client relations and customer support, currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager and previously as a Client Success Manager and Client Support Specialist at Neighborly Software since March 2021. Prior to this role, Brianna worked as a Customer Care Agent at nurx, where responsibilities included resolving customer inquiries and collaborating with healthcare providers. Brianna also contributed to guest engagement at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science as a Guest Presentation Specialist, providing live science shows and tours. Earlier experience includes positions at Contemporary Services Corporation and Next Generation Dance Academy, focusing on event support and teaching. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Florida State University, attained in 2016.
