Jeremy Montoya

Jeremy Montoya has a diverse work experience. Jeremy started working at Boy Scouts of America as a District Executive in 2006, where they managed all aspects of scouting in McLennan County. In 2008, they joined The Dwyer Group as a Military Developer, responsible for two brands, and later became the Director of Transfer and Broker Sales from 2010 to 2011. Jeremy then joined Dwyer Group in 2013 as a Franchise Developer Aire-Serv and continued to work there until 2016. Jeremy then transitioned to Rainbow International as a Franchise Developer. Jeremy returned to The Dwyer Group in 2014 and held multiple roles, including Franchise Development for The Grounds Guys and connecting professionals and Entrepreneurs with business opportunities. Their most recent position is with Neighborly® as a Resales Franchise Developer starting in June 2020.

Jeremy Montoya attended Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business. Additionally, during the same time period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Baylor University.
