Kari Bogle currently serves as the Director of Systems at Neighborly®, where responsibilities include leading the creation of tools, systems, processes, reporting, training, and other initiatives aligned with brand strategies. Previously, Kari held roles such as Field Training Manager, managing content for an LMS system and collaborating with business owners, and Sure Start Business Coach, guiding franchise owners from agreement signing to business launch. Prior experience includes serving as Training Manager at Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical, focusing on ServiceTitan training and office role onboarding, as well as working as Employee Training Coordinator at Cracker Barrel. Kari is pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Nursing at Volunteer State Community College, having previously studied at Middle Tennessee State University from 2010 to 2012.
