Mike Hysick

Mike Hysick has a strong background in franchise business consulting and support. Mike started their career at Tropical Smoothie Cafe in 2012, where they served as a Franchise Business Consultant. In this role, they provided operational, sales, and marketing support to over 40 cafes in a multi-state territory. Mike helped franchise owners identify and capitalize on local sales opportunities and played a key role in introducing new products, procedures, marketing initiatives, training development, and corporate programs.

In 2019, Mike joined Neighborly as a Franchise Business Coach. Mike held this position until January 2021 when they were promoted to Director of Systems. Throughout their time at Neighborly, Mike demonstrated their expertise in franchise management and their ability to influence appropriate audiences. Mike played a vital role in supporting company objectives and presenting logical and compelling cases for following company recommendations.

Mike Hysick obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from Saint Leo University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained additional certifications, including being a Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor from the National Restaurant Association in November 2016 and obtaining a Food Protection Manager certification from the same institution in November 2017.
