Marketing Excellence Manager at Neighborly

Natalie Walker has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2012, they volunteered as a PR intern at Caritas of Waco, focusing on social media efforts. In the same year, they also served as a campaign leader for the Waco Downtown Farmers Market, presenting a comprehensive proposal to increase awareness. In 2013, they worked as a social media consultant for East End Ink and later as a marketing coordinator for GeoSpatial Innovations, where they managed the company blog, oversaw website re-design, and created marketing collateral. In 2015, Natalie became the Marketing and FLOCK Program Manager at HILMY WINES, planning and managing successful events and increasing wine club memberships. Natalie also had a freelance and contract role in marketing, public relations, and design, where they developed marketing strategies and managed social media platforms. Natalie's marketing skills continued to grow as they took on the role of Marketing Director at Rio Frio Lodging in 2016, managing website design and communication channels. Most recently, they joined Neighborly® in 2017, starting as the Brand Manager for The Grounds Guys and progressing to the role of Marketing Excellence Manager in April 2022.

Natalie Walker received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Baylor University. Natalie attended Baylor University from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Natalie also obtained a certification in Digital Analytics Fundamentals from Google Website Analytics Strategies in January 2014.
