Bentley Stilwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both finance and sports coaching. Currently serving as a Loan Officer at Neighbors Bank since April 2022, Bentley previously held roles as Operations Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Northwestern Mutual from May 2021 to April 2022. Bentley's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated during the tenure as Head Volleyball Coach at 417 Juniors, which began in November 2016. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, both obtained from Drury University.
