David Wilhelm, CPTM has a diverse range of work experience in the field of team training and development. David is currently serving as the Chief Team Experience Officer at Neighbors Credit Union. Prior to this, they worked as a Leadership and Team Consultant at Be the Hero Training. David also held the position of a John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, and Coach at The John Maxwell Team. In addition, David has a long history with Fortera Credit Union, where they worked in various roles such as Manager of Corporate and Organizational Training, Manager of Training and Organizational Alignment, Manager of Training and Development, and Team Development Coordinator. David demonstrated expertise in areas such as regulatory compliance, budget planning, staff development, coaching, and facilitating professional development learning experiences.

David Wilhelm, CPTM, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies with a minor in History from Western Kentucky University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) from Training Industry in 2020 and as a Leadership Speaker, Trainer, and Coach from The John Maxwell Team in 2017.
