Theresa Benson

Theresa Benson has a comprehensive work experience in the credit union industry. Theresa started their career in 1994 as a Financial Services Representative at First Missouri Credit Union and later served as a Branch Manager at Arsenal Credit Union from 1999 to 2005. In 2008, they joined Health Care Family Credit Union as a Branch Manager, where they stayed until 2012. Theresa then moved to Neighbors Credit Union, where they held various roles, including Branch Manager from 2012 to 2020, Operations Manager from 2020 to 2023, and currently serves as the Director of Payment Operations.

Theresa Benson has attended the CUNA Lending And Management School, where they focused on Lending and Management. Theresa also studied at the Center for Management Law & Public Policy. Additionally, they have studied at Meramec College, specializing in Business. Lastly, they have pursued Business Administration and Management studies at Saint Louis Community College-Meramec.
