Rebecca Mills has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010. In that year, they completed work experience placements with Perfect Wedding Magazine and Heritage Magazine. Rebecca also worked as a Sales Assistant at New Look. In 2011, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Monsoon Accessorize and completed a four-day Production Work Experience placement at Future Publishing. Rebecca also began working at BNP Paribas as an Underwriter/Credit Admin, where they quickly trained to be an Underwriter and took on a lead role in the Credit Administration Team. In 2016, they started working at Neighbourly.com as an Office Manager and Finance Assistant.

Rebecca Mills is currently studying for a Foundation Certificate in Accounting at AAT, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, Rebecca obtained a Publishing and Media, Communications and Culture degree from the University of Gloucestershire in 2011. This degree focused on Publishing - books, magazines, law, design, as well as Media - TV, film, music. Rebecca also obtained A levels in Psychology, Media Studies, and English Literature from Mangotsfield secondary and 6th form between 2001 and 2007. Following completion of their Foundation Certificate in Accounting, Rebecca plans to pursue a Level 3 Diploma in Accounting at AAT.
