Doug Smith

Doug is an advocate, public speaker, and Peer Mentor in the Real Life Choices self-direction initiative in New Jersey. Through his teen years and into early adulthood, Doug lived in “programs”. In his mid twenties he decided he wanted to make a change and he engaged the supports and services of Neighbours Inc. to help him move into his own place, and get established in his own community.
