Mindy Rollins is an experienced program manager with a comprehensive background in providing program management, case management, and job development services primarily through roles within the Penticton Indian Band and Neil Squire Society since December 2003. Mindy has effectively created, implemented, and delivered programs for individuals with disabilities, facilitating wage subsidies to promote employment in the Okanagan region. Previous positions include serving as Organizational Director for the Okanagan Nation Transition Emergency House, where Mindy was instrumental in developing a shelter for women and children, and as Community Services Coordinator at CNIB, overseeing services for individuals with vision loss. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Victoria, a diploma in Social Services from Mount Royal University, and a BCCDP in career theory and ethics from Okanagan College.
