John Papworth

John Papworth is currently serving as the Regional Director at Neilcott Construction Limited since February 2015. John also volunteers as the Group Scout Leader at The Scouts since September 2019. Previously, John held the role of District Commissioner at The Scout Association from April 2012 to January 2016. With a background in Geology, John has held various positions in the construction industry, including Managing Quantity Surveyor at Balfour Beatty Construction Services UK and Quantity Surveyor at Gleeson Building. Prior to that, John worked as an Engineer at Combined Flooring Services Ltd. John earned their degree in Geology from the University of the West of England in 2007 after completing their studies at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1997 to 2000.
