Gretchen Santos

Gretchen Santos has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gretchen began their career as an Office Manager at Development Dimensions International in 1997. Gretchen then worked as a Human Resource Generalist and Senior Administrative Assistant at NeighborCare Pharmacy Services from 1999 to 2004. In 2005, they took on a recruitment assistant role at Modis before transitioning to Mobility Products Unlimited, where they served as a Human Resource Generalist and later as the Director of Human Resources. In 2008, they joined MRB Acquisitions Corporation as the Director of Case Management and also took on roles in Business Process and Change Management and Vendor Management. From 2011 to 2012, Gretchen worked as a Business Analyst and System Administrator at Lincare Holdings, Inc. Gretchen then moved on to Configero, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Neill-TSP as a Salesforce System Administrator before becoming a Business Solutions Architect from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Gretchen is the Director of Operations at Neill, a position they have held since May 2020.

Gretchen Santos earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management from Robert Morris University. Gretchen attended the university from 1994 to 1996. Before that, they completed transfer credits in General Studies at the Community College of Allegheny County from 1992 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, Gretchen has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In December 2003, they obtained the Professional In Human Resource Management (PHR) certification from the Society For Human Resource Management. Later, in September 2012, they became a certified Salesforce.com Administrator, followed by the Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification in January 2013. Most recently, in September 2017, Gretchen completed the Five9 Blended Administrator certification from Five9.
