Aya Terakawa

Aya Terakawa is a junior data scientist at Neilson Financial Services since May 2023, with a strong background in data analysis and research. Previously, Aya served as a consultant and researcher at METASENSE, developing a high-accuracy image classification deep learning model that increased the F-1 score by 15%. As part of the Toll Group's Supply Chain Solutions Graduate Program, Aya gained diverse experience in supply chain consulting and engineering. Earlier experience includes a data analyst role at JAPAN POST Co., Ltd., where financial performance analysis was conducted, and a position as an international ambassador at Truman State University. Aya holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Truman State University.
