Kara Marsland

Kara Marsland is an experienced professional in the hospitality and holiday industry, currently serving as People Manager at Neilson Active Holidays since November 2019, after previously holding the role of People Executive. Prior experience includes various management positions at Ski Beat, where responsibilities included Area Manager, Resort Manager, and Resort Representative from 2015 to 2019. Kara began career in the industry as a Chalet Host at Crystal Ski in 2011.
