This heritage provides the experience to spearhead innovative residential and commercial development projects, with emphasis on modern design and consideration for the sustainability of the construction process.

Working in partnership and fostering strong relationships are the values upon which NPS was founded. We consequently enjoy a broad customer base, spanning across retail, high street banks, financial institutions, to private individuals seeking informal property advice.

Founded by Lindsey Neilson in 1989, the business has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of both residential and commercial property sectors, within the City and the provinces.

Under the leadership of Oliver Neilson, the NPS team now operate out of their central London office and they would love to meet you to discuss project or partnership opportunities. Contact Oliver at: - info@neilsonprojects.co.uk

Adopting a holistic approach to Project Management, we provide development and financial advice, monitor progress and budgets and advise on marketability and Gross Development Values (GDV’s).

We bring a wealth of experience in all aspects of building surveying including defect diagnosis, dilapidations, party wall, insurance valuations and specialist advice on listed buildings and historic and monuments.

We manage property portfolios of all shapes and sizes, from large industrial portfolios and industrial estates, to single properties and mixed residential and commercial portfolios.

Consideration of environmental sustainability sits at the heart of all our development projects and we seek to use modern design construction processes to compliment this end goal. We are proud to extend this value to our client’s projects, as well as those within our own portfolio.
