He joined Pfizer in 1978 as Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, and since then has steadily climbed the rope of success in his career. He was promoted Regional Manager (West African) and Managing Director, Pfizer Products Plc. In June 1993.
He was also appointed Chairman / Chief Executive Officer, Pfizer Products Plc. and Pfizer Specialist Limited. A registered Pharmacist, he is a member and fellow of several pharmaceutical academic and professional bodies in Nigeria and abroad including the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria. He led the (MBO) of Pfizer and was Chairman of Neimeth from inception (1997) to January 2005.
