Mario Lapiedra Vivanco Mrics

Mario Lapiedra Vivanco MRICS is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment and valuation. Currently serving as Director General Inmobiliario (Chief Investment Officer) at NEINOR HOMES since May 2015, responsibilities include overseeing the acquisitions, commercial, and marketing areas. Prior to this role, Mario held the position of Vice President UW at Hudson Advisors, focusing on real estate underwriting for Lone Star fund acquisitions in Spain. Mario managed the RICS Valuations Team at Knight Frank, where the team valued approximately €7.5 billion in assets, and began expertise in the valuations department at Savills. Mario's education includes qualifications from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an International Master in Real Estate Science from Nottingham Trent University and the UPV. Additionally, Mario holds a Licenciado in Business Administration from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and Westminster London Business School.
