Worked in the commercial property & casualty insurance industry since 1985. Most experience is in premium audits both on the carrier and vendor side. Started carrier as a field premium auditor, then premium audit manager and eventually Director of Premium Audit and Premium Receivables for a large commercial carrier.

Also worked for a large premium audit vendor as Vice President of Quality Assurance, Training and Remote audit operations. Currently working for NEIS as Director of Quality Assurance and Training as well as assisting with the conversion of their voluntary audit process to their new electronic portal. Educational background includes a BA in Business Administration & Economics and MBA in Finance. Industry designation sheld are APA, CIPA and PMP.
