Sayed Atia

Sayed Atia is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Neisco since November 2019, Sayed is responsible for developing comprehensive talent management strategies and overseeing global talent reviews and succession planning. Previously, Sayed held the position of HR Manager at Shatat Group from November 2013 to October 2019, managing various HR functions including strategy development, employee relations, and organizational development. Prior roles include HR Section Head at Anwal United Trading Company and Human Resources Specialist, where responsibilities included coordinating recruitment processes and maintaining employment records. Sayed began the career as a Human Resources Administrative Officer at Art Leather Trade Company. Sayed holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Cairo University.
