Maggie Chang

Maggie Chang has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Maggie started their career at Amway in 2009 as a Management Trainee and later worked as a Human Resources Officer from 2010 to 2012. In 2015, they joined Safilo as a Greater China HR Manager. Maggie then moved on to work at Amway for a second time, returning as a Director HR Retail in 2016. Maggie held various managerial positions at Amway, including Senior Manager HR Retail COE from 2020 to 2021 and HR Manager Commercial BP from 2016 to 2018. Maggie also gained international experience as an HR Talent Manager during an international assignment from January to April 2018. Currently, they are working at A.T. Kearney as a Director HR Retail since October 2021.

Maggie Chang holds a Master's degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Human Resources Direction, which they obtained from Peking University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, during their time at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, they also pursued another Bachelor's degree in Law, which they completed from 2006 to 2009.
